A 3 days and 2 nights immersion into ocean and devotion. In Ericeira, worldwide surf reserve, we will focus on daily yoga, embodied flow, mantra and creativity.
Learning about the interconnection of our liquid bodies and the ocean, cultivating daily devotion with Somatic (intuition, movement and freedom) and Bhakti yoga (mantra, sound and meditation).

A 3 day and 2 nigh retreat only 40min from Lisbon nested in the coolest coast of Ericeira. A rejuvenating dreamy weekend to explore the liquid body, embodied flow, daily yoga, somatic, fascia and ritual. Focus on rest, delicious food, ocean and devotion to re-member that our sensitivity is divinity and how we do one thing is how we do everything.

Almashala in Ericeira, only 5min car ride to breathtaking Praia de São Julião. Surrounded by peace and a short distance from the best views and beaches of Ericeira yet nested away from the noise of the town - the perfect portal to deepen your yoga practice and alchemy of inspiration.
THE TEAM
Luna Wengorrovius, international yoga teacher with +1000 YTT having studied both in India and Bali trainings in Hatha Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Somatic Yoga and Embodied Flow. She is the 1st Portuguese worldwide certified Embodied Flow Teacher. A movement poet born in a family of artists, with a BA in Law and creatively weaving the ancient tools of yoga with the wisdom of the earth, ocean & nature. Honoring mother India & island of Bali. The approach is inclusive and centred in honoring the wisdom of the body and its intelligence, rooted in Non Dual Classical Tantra Philosophy.
