THE EMBODIED
SANCTUARY
A Monthly Membership for Somatic Yoga, Poetry & Art
The Embodied Sanctuary is a monthly ONLINE membership and Sunday ritual space devoted to embodied practice, poetic inquiry, and the living wisdom of yoga.
Every month we work with unique theme. A portal to return each week — to the body, to sensation, to presence — held within a coherent, intimate container. Rooted in somatic yoga, non-dual Tantra philosophy, and the ancient lineage of yoga, this space honors tradition while meeting the contemporary body with sensitivity, depth, and integrity.

What Happens on Sundays?
Each Sunday 9am (Lisbon time) we gather live on Zoom for The Living Sādhanā — a 90-minute ritual of embodied practice.
These gatherings weave together:
-
Somatic yoga informed by Embodied Flow
-
Poetic and eloquent verbal guidance
-
Non-dual Tantric philosophy transmitted through sensation
-
Guided journaling and self-inquiry
-
Silence, integration, and listening
This is not about achieving a shape.
It is about being shaped by attention.
You are invited to arrive exactly as you are — tired, open, curious, resistant — and to let practice meet you there.
If you cannot join live, each session is recorded and made available to you.

A Monthly Interdisciplinary Field
Each month unfolds around a central theme — a thread that informs the practices, words, and creative explorations.
Yoga here is not isolated from life.
It converses with art, philosophy, and creativity.
As a member, you receive:
✧ Weekly Live Sunday Rituals (4 per month)
90-minute somatic yoga and journaling gatherings, live on Zoom, with replays.
✧ One Monthly Artist Conversation (Audio)
An intimate recorded conversation with an artist (poet, dancer, musician, visual artist, or creative) exploring embodiment, presence, and creative devotion through the lens of the monthly theme.
✧ Weekly Recorded Practices
Short somatic meditations and pranayama practices (20–30 minutes) to support you throughout the month.
✧ One Monthly E-book
A poetic, contemplative companion to the theme — including reflections, embodied inquiries, and journaling prompts.

The Lineage behind
This offering is deeply rooted in the lineage of yoga, honoring its origins and wisdom from India, while meeting the contemporary body with sensitivity, humility, and integrity.
The somatic approach is informed by Embodied Flow™, a method born in Bali that bridges tradition, modern somatics, and relational presence.
This space does not bypass history.
It listens to it — through the body.

February Theme — The Art of Paying Attention
In February, the Embodied Sanctuary opens with The Art of Paying Attention.
