✺Vegetarian recipes, vegan and gluten-free options - to integrate a healthy and sustainable diet not only for our body but for the environment, based on one of the principles of Yoga, that of non-violence (Ahimsa).

​

✺Creative writing, creative journaling, and introspection topics to stimulate self-knowledge and create a small practice of emotional expression intertwined with the class theme and the principles of Yoga. Once a week, a topic linked to the reflection and energy promoted in the class will be sent to the student, on which the student can reflect/write with complete freedom, opening space for each one's creativity.
